I think it had something to do with the fact that Sara got preggers and needed help so she gave Danni a piece of the witchblade to help share the responsibility. Now I havent read the full story so there may be other more complicated reasons than that, but as I glanced over it that is the impression I got. So I could be totally wrong haha.

nope, she gave Dani the whole Witchblade. but after Hope (Sara's Daughter) was born the Witchblade gave half of its self back to Sara because well it was more the hinted at the Hope NEEDS protecting.

oh ok so she gave the whole thing to her... I probably just missed that part I just knew Sara was wielding half of it now. hmm I wonder if he has the chops for a film. I love BSG but we shall see how it goes.

well yeah Sara was going to give over the witchblade entirely to Dani and then they ended up splitting it up after the baby was born...and I figure she only wants HALF the responsibility now because she's got another life to worry about now, ye know?

Heck if I had a kid I would just want half the responsibility to that thing. it is not worth the trouble is cause most of the time. but at the same time I would want someone experience to be handling the whole thing rather then a newbie so maybe its a good thing Sarah and Dani share it.

It certainly seems that way. Did you read the new issues where they show the beginnings of the Aphrodite program?

indeed it was. Im acctually curious to see where that story goes. I kinda want to see what goes on in the next issue, but I have to wait something Im not used to with comics any more haha. I havent been interested in a comic in a while, so its good that I liked that story.

Are they actually going into a story arc within Witchblade for that?

not sure thats the only issue thats been out with the Aphrodite in it so far. plus right now they have Broken Trinity out, which is kinda like a squeal to the First Born arch. so they may be waiting to wrap that up before they go into another arch. but I'm sure we have not seem the last of the Aphrodite arch.

Same here. I have the preview for the comic it came free with a Wizard magazine I bought. I hope she a appears in the future in witchblade, especially since Aphrodite doesn't really have an on going comic series.

is this gonna be like the original from the late 90's early millenium? It didnt catch my eye as much as the comic did... didn't really (to me at least) give it the justice it deserved.

There still is very little info about the movie out. but I know it will probably be much better than the show was. I knwo that they are anow working on a big story ark for the comics in early 09 where the Witchblades go to war. basically the Witchblade has been split between too people and that cant happen cuz its the balance between light and dark. here is the link www.newsarama.com/comics/100814-Marz-Witchblade.html
